You have told us who you are, now do what you told us you were going do to!
 
            Congratulations!!!  You have surpassed all challenges thrown in front of you and you will become the next Mayor of Atlanta (or whichever office you decided to run for).  For many, this is a time for joy and celebration.  But you know that you will now be judged by all the promises you made during the election season.  To butcher a quote by Peter Parker, “with great (expectations) come great responsibility.”  In addition, the most important time period for a newly elected/appointed/hired leader is the first 90 to 100 days.  If you are lucky, they will be glad you were brought into office, and you will be granted a “honeymoon period” where you can lay the foundations for the next four or so years of positive change.  But that “honeymoon period” can quickly be over if you make the wrong steps.  No pressure at all!  How will you turn this initial support into an extended time period of power to accomplish the promises that you made during the election phase?  You can learn what makes a good and a bad leader, but can you implement that knowledge?
Your final assignment is to apply all that we have learned in this course into developing a 100-Day Action Plan (a necessary element for any new leader whether they are elected, appointed, or hired) by describing four strategies over your first 100 days that you plan to focus on to increase your chances of being successful. Your assignment can be a typed plan or a recorded speech (audio or video).  If typed, the assignment should be no-more than 10 pages doubled spaced Times New Roman with 1-inch margins.  If recorded, the speech should be no longer than five minutes long.  Your work may be less than 10 pages or 5 minutes, but please do not go over the maximum length and please make sure you accomplish the assignment.
