You are being asked to rewrite the results without the jargon that is
currently there, instead, please write the results in plain, simple
language, as though you are explaining the results section to your
client. This assignment serves to display your competence at
interpreting the results of a psychological test report.
2. In addition, please write the final three sections of the report that
are blacked out on pages 4 & 5. This includes:
Diagnostic Impression
Diagnostic Formulation
Treatment Recommendations
This serves to display your competence with understanding and
integrating all of the test data so that it can be used to drive treatment
recommendations in an informed fashion.
For the Diagnostic Formulation make sure to consult with your DSM5
and include codes and modifiers. For Treatment Recommendations,
make sure they are measurable and attainable for the client.
This assignment is due on Sunday at midnight (PST). Please make
sure to use APA style and write a minimum of 8 pages including cover
page.
