You are the Manager of the Outpatient Evaluation and Care Unit of Rockwood Memorial Hospital. Using Maslows Hierarchy of Needs (see page 547 to 550 of textbook) evaluated each of the following situations by considering the following:
 What level of need does each situation belong when considering Maslows Hierarchy in terms of employee motivation and effective workplace environment. Explain your reasons for assigning the level of Maslow Hierarchy.
 Since you cannot handle all the issue at once, rank the 3 scenarios based on the order that you will address the problem. In other words, which scenario will you approach first, second and third? Explain the rationale for you decision.
 Remember that this is about what is MOST important in motivation of your employees! Not what is the easiest or quickest.

I realize that I cant be on time all of the time because I live twenty miles from the hospital but he made a scene of the whole thing in front of all the staff and patients. I was very hurt and dont know what to do.
