Post Two:

Select a fellow student’s Post One.
Address the two “topics” covered in his/her Post One.
Identify an Internet resource that provides further guidance on each of the two topics (i.e. one website for each topic).
Summarize the benefits of each website.
Post must be 150 to 250 words.
Provide a properly formatted citation to the website (APA or Bluebook, depending on your major, as explained in the “Citation” materials found in Start Here).
This is a very rare situation where using Google is permitted. Remember, the general rule is: only primary authority or secondary scholarly sources from the FNU Library are to be cited in college-level courses.

   When we express ourselves in a law class or in a social science, do not matter our sentimentalism, beliefs, opinions that lack legal basis or that has no backing in scholarly, peer-reviewed article, which can be found in FNU’s Library LIRN database. It is for that reason that we should never start with the phrases: “I believe” …, “I think” … or “I feel” …, because they detract the value from our voice. We must use The Authority to speak for us.
I find this content interesting, because it shows me how to express myself effectively, with data that can be corroborated, in my Law classes.

   APA is to be used by students who are not going to work as paralegals or going to law school. It is used for all social sciences (criminal justice, psychology, business, health services, etc.). Regarding legal sources, the only difference from APA and Bluebook is the References page. APA requires all sources
to be listed alphabetically in your References. If you are citing another source other than a primary authority (constitutional provisions, statutes, or case law), APA requires inserting the author and year within your content.
This content is very important to me, because during my studies as an accountant I will need to use this format for my assignments.
