Articles Review Home Work- Week 4

Purpose:
The purpose of this Home-work article review is to get you comfortable in summarizing and responding to sources in an intelligent and succinct manner and increase your knowledge on topics on contemporary Human Resources issues

The overall objective is to develop students’ written expression of thought and provide students opportunities to explore ideas and to build connections between various content areas in Human Resources

Criteria for Homework Assignments

Exceed Expectations
Student shows an in-depth understanding of the materials in the chapter and showed an excellent written command of the concepts and relates it to real world situations. Student went above the minimum required (4-5) paragraphs) and were well written. All the assigned questions were responded to in details. When appropriate the student related his/her responses to a real word situation. Refers to outside sources in supporting written arguments. Responses had minimum grammatical, spelling mistakes or typographical errors. Assignments turned in on or before due date

Meet Expectations

Student shows an understanding of the materials in the Article Reviews and showed an acceptable written command of the concepts and relates it to real world situations. Student met the required minimum (4-5) paragraphs) and were well written. All the assigned questions were responded to in details. When appropriate the student related his/her responses to a real word situation. Refers to outside sources in supporting written arguments. Responses had minimum grammatical, spelling mistakes or typographicalerrors. Assignments turned in by due date

Needs Improvement

This criterion is linked to a Learning Outcome Needs Improvements
Student shows little or no understanding of the materials in the chapter and showed an unacceptable written command of the concepts. Lack substance and do not reflect any reading or thought about the subject matter or additional sources. Assignment turned in late. (1-12points)

 
 
Expectations

Expectations:  Review two articles; one is given and another related articles you have to get from the library or online. Summarized each with a minimum of 2 paragraphs each and one paragraph of your thoughts and comparisons . For a total for a least 5 paragraphs. Part of your Home Work Assignment: Will be part of Zoom discussions and turn it in Canvas
