Although this assignment is due first, please review the instructions for  so you know the overall goal of the assignment.

For this assignment, you will submit your topic, hypothesis, and some research, and I will give you some advice to prepare for the submission of the project.

Remember, this is a start so you can still adjust it based on my advice or research.
In the past, some students have simply copied and pasted from webpages. I read EVERY turnitin report, so if I see copied and pasted material, the grade here will be 0.

Choose a source . It has excellent holdings. Here is the video from my  to help on using the library:

Put it in works cited form (any common standard, like APA, will work)
Provide at least 3 point-form notes from it that will assist your paper.

The points should be specific and concrete.
You can include 1 copied and pasted passage but it must have quotation marks around it
If you have a source with page numbers, please include them

Exemplar
Please note that this is from the Second World War, but your topics should be from prehistory to the start of the First World War.

Presentation
Topic and Scope

Weapon: P-51 fighter
Location: Global, but primarily Europe
Timeframe: Second World War (1939 to 1945)

Hypothesis

Development: It was developed as a fighter for the RAF, but its engine was poor.
Use: The Americans put a better British engine in it, and used it to escort their bombers over Germany.
Importance: It had excellent range and performance, and helped defeat the Luftwaffe.
