Introduction
Part of being an effective leader and manager is an ability to communicate well and to use standard communication platforms. To that end, throughout the course we will be utilizing a variety of presentation and communication tools. In this module, you will increase your knowledge, experience, and sophistication with PowerPoint. Before you begin, please review the required texts by Maccoby, Walker & Aritz, Burke & Barron.   This activity aligns with module outcome 1.
Discussion
Please produce a short voiced-over PowerPoint presentation that is approximately 3-5 minutes long.

In slide 1, introduce yourself and briefly summarize your professional leadership and management experience. Or summarize your personal leadership experience; remember that we have many more opportunities in our lives to lead than just at work. Are you a parent? Do you volunteer? Have you ever been a coach? Expand your idea of what it means to be a leader or manager beyond simply work experience.
In slides 2-4, identify your own top three project leadership skills and your top three project management How did you come to identify these as personal strengths? How did you develop these different skills? Cite brief examples.
