Write a 3-page paper on Creating a Culture of Competency”. 
**This is not Cultural Competency, but creating a culture within an organization that focuses on continuous training and development for employees.

Typed using 1 Margins; Double-spaced; 12 point Times New Roman font.
Cover Page: Your Name; Course Name; Instructors Name; Title; and Date.

 Introductory Section:

Introduce the topic by including the history/background of the issue, the importance of the topic, and/or the impact the issue can have.
Provide a brief summary of the topic and define all operational definitions.
Thesis statement: Describe the specific issue that you are examining in the paper.

 Organizing Ideas, Opinions, and Viewpoints:

Thesis statement forms the basis of the essay.
Describe at least three of these key ideas.
Develop your ideas in each paragraph by using resources, examples, giving details, and us.
While the use of the first person I is generally not appropriate for academic essays, it is appropriate for a response/reaction essay since it is your personal response.

Body of the Essay:

Discuss the topic and your response/reaction to it referring to the presentation.  Include at least a few key ideas that express/support your thesis statement.
Structure the paper so that each paragraph discusses an idea that expands on the thesis statement.

Concluding Paragraph:
Reiteration of your thesis statement and restatement of your response/reaction.
