Data Visualization Assessment (Excel & Report)

Dear ENTR 201 Student,
Congratulations on making it to your first assessment! (Pretend that) I am hiring you be an intern for my investment business. First, I need to assess your data visualization and descriptive statistics skills. You are assigned the data for The Totally Terrific Tater Tot Truck (TTTTTT). I want to add more food truck enterprises to my investment portfolio. Leverage your excel skills and your knowledge of data and descriptive statistics. Note:  You will be graded on aesthetics (reference Storytelling with Data tips). To complete the assignment, submit BOTH an excel file and an estimated four page written report regarding whether or not I should invest. You can upload both to Canvas under this assignment. 
The File and Tasks
You are provided the file, Fall 2021 Data Visualization Assessment Dataset.xls  Download Fall 2021 Data Visualization Assessment Dataset.xls (on Canvas), to analyze.

Market Share and Sales Data

Use data visualization (i.e., charts) to depict how the market share of TTTTTT has changed in the past three years.
Use data visualization (i.e., charts) and conditional formatting to depict how the TTTTTT has grown alongside trends in the food truck industry.
Complete the actual growth analysis using the percent change formula provided in B11.
Complete the project growth analysis using HLOOKUP; you will need to adapt the formula found E11 when moving to a different year.
Use data visualization to compare how actual and project growth compared for the food trucks. (Pay particular attention to how TTTTT held up).
In the write-up, present your findings and justify whether or not the TTTTTT or any other food truck should receive investment from me based on the market share/sales data. Discuss the comparisons you made and pick out a chart, table, or two that best represent your points.

Sales by Truck

Create PivotTables analyzing the sales data by Truck and Week (You need two separate tables)
Make sure to calculate average, standard deviation, and sum of the sales data (in total and on the days)
In the write-up and the excel sheet, highlight/discuss which food truck has the best sales and which food truck had the worst sales.
In the write-up and the excel sheet, highlight/discuss which week had the best sales and which week had the worst sales.
Discuss in your write-up whether a food truck or week should be eliminated from the rotation and/or if a particular week might benefit from an additional food truck.
Create a scatterplot depicting the relationship (i.e., correlation) between average temperature and total sales. Describe whether this is a positive or negative relationship in your write-up. How does the data correlate?

Investment Plan

Using the PV, figure out the present value needed for a future desired value of $250K after 10 years at a 5.00% annual return rate.
Using the FV function, figure out the future investment value of a seed fund investment of $25K at a 7.00% annual return rate over five years.
Note and discuss these calculations in your write-up. Should I go ahead with these investments in your opinion?
