I just want the results / discussion and conclusion section to be done. Below i have put the rubric and requirment of the sections. 
 

Results
– This section should provide meaningful summaries of the main results. Traditionally in scientific writing, results sections excluded any data interpretation (which was left strictly for the conclusions); however, most journals now support incorporation of interpretative summaries as the results are presented. The use of interpretive summary sentences is recommended here for the Final Report. This section should give concrete information about differences or relationships between groups or treatment categories.
– Instead of simply reporting that “Groups A and B were significantly different”, use specific language, stating the direction (increased, decreased, greater, reduced, etc.) and the magnitude (percent increase, n-fold decrease, etc.) of differences observed. For example: “Group A individuals were 23% larger than those in Group B”, or “Group B lost weight at twice the rate of Group A”. The results should not repeat data shown in visuals.

Discussion / Conclusion: 

This section should frame the contribution of the “project outcomes” within the broader field.
A common style for the discussion/conclusion section is to:

summarise the major findings & interpret them to answer the research question:
compare key results with existing knowledge that supports or contradicts the findings.
acknowledge alternative explanations of results
identify discrepancies or unexpected findings

Discuss the importance & significance of results:

reiterate the goal of the project, link the outcomes to the gap in knowledge
propose testable predictions (explanations of the findings) to be explored in future work.
