The boys mummifiedremains were found in his cot in September 2011, two years after his death in the squalidflat where other children were livingOne of the key functions of the SafeguardingChildrens Board is to ensure that there aremulti-agency policies and procedures for safeguarding and promoting the welfare ofchildren. This includes dealing with allegations against people who work with children andthe recruitment and selection of adults who work with children.
