What healthy change are you willing to make in your life today? One example of a specific goal could be eating at least 6 servings of vegetables a day. Another example would be to exercise for at least one hour three times a week. Usually, the more specific that you can make your goal, the easier it is to monitor your progress.

Incorporate physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and/or lifestyle factors to help describe your challenges in improving your health behavior.
