The first video discusses stress… The second video discusses the Gender Differences with Stress. The third video discusses Gender Differences with Depression.
All of these topics discuss Mental Health.
Please watch the videos and answer the below questions in your initial discussion post.
Your first post needs to be at least 250 words. You must also post on two of your classmates’ initial posts and each reply must be at least 100 words.
These replies cannot be you just agreeing or disagreeing with them, you must add to the discussion. 

Watch the three videos as well as read and use chapter 15 in our textbook.
Answer the following questions in your initial posts while using the videos and textbook:

What creates our stress response.
Is there a gender difference in stress responses?
Is there a gender difference in mental health? Why? Get this information from chapter 15.
Are there different types of stressors, which you experience? How are they different? How are they the same? (reaction)
How do external influences change how we react to stress? Do we have control over them?
After watching these videos:

Do you see yourself doing any of the behaviors (good or bad)?
Tell me what information you found interesting and why… I will not accept that you found nothing interesting.

Lastly, do you think you have different stressors than others? Please define what “other” is to you and what the stressors are.
