Quality Management Of Healthcare Analysis Writing

Course objectives: 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1.  Please refer to the syllabus for a detailed description of course-level objectives. 
The Final Analysis Paper (Critical Assignment) is comprised of the three sections shown below.  In addition, students are required to include an originality report. To generate an originality report from SafeAssign, submit the completed Capstone Assignment through the “Capstone SafeAssign Originality Report” link.  This report must be copied and pasted after the reference page of the Capstone Assignment. The completed document contains the Capstone Assignment. 

Each student is to select, define, and explain three concepts from the Spath text that he or she feels have the biggest effect on healthcare quality management. 

Each student is to select, define, and explain three concepts from the Studer text that he or she feels have the biggest effect on employee satisfaction and/or patient satisfaction. 

Each student is to connect one concept from the Spath text to one concept in the Studer text.  Specifically, this connection should explain/evaluate the connection between healthcare quality management and employee and/or patient satisfaction. 

Answers must fulfill the requirements located in the grading rubric (see grading rubric below).  The final case analysis must be at least six pages in length (not including title page, reference page, originality report, etc.) and is due on Week 8, Day 3. The intent of the paper is to provide students the opportunity to further explore topics from the course, demonstrate an informed understanding of the topics, and analyze and evaluate relevant topics from the course.
