1.       If I describe my clientsnon-verbal communication and verbal communication to be depressed, helpless,hopeless- those very specific descriptions I will make sure to conduct asuicide assessment, reasons for living assessment and document the findings (clientsreport) in the case-notes. I thought this note is helpful for the reminder ifwe describe our clients as depressed we always need to conduct a suicideassessment and report what we asked and what the client indicated.
