parents divorced. His father, Joe, moved to Mexico and Steven stayed with his

to a boarding school in Mexico and visited his mother less often. When he was

obtained a ten-year multi-entry B-2 visa for Cynthia when she was 12-years old
so that she could visit her grandmother Jodi, Steven’s mother. Cynthia often
spends a month in the summer with Grandma Jodi. Steven wants his daughter to obtain
citizenship through him.
