superior and tell her that if she allows him to continue with this behavior, he
will likely harass others.

4. In the same scenario as in item 3, you decide, after
talking with your client, to report the clients superior yourself.

5. An African American client tells you that the realtor he
has been working with has refused to show him certain properties in mostly
White neighborhoods. Your client says, Thats the way it is, and thats the
way it always will be. You encourage your client to report the realtor, but he
refuses. You report the realtor anonymously.

6. A gay high school student, with whom you have been
working, is bullied by others in his school because of his sexual orientation.
Without asking for permission from your client, you contact the school
counselor and ask her to provide a series of workshops on understanding gay and
