The Student Will:

Develop weekly and/or monthly objectives for a wellness action plan for 6 months
Identify motivators and rewards to enhance the achievement of  the goals

Topic: Write weekly measurable, realistic, achievable objectives for the next 6 months. Include rewards for yourself when you reach milestones (identify in your plan where the milestones are, i.e., loss of 10 pounds). Follow APA guidelines, provide a cover- sheet and a reference page that is not to be counted in the page count. Each paper should start with an introduction to the topic, contain a strong body substantiated with facts, and a conclusion utilizing critical thinking skills. Please support with a minimum of  2 scholarly resources.
