Step 2: Read the Sodexo case.  
Step 3a: Prepare for the group assignment (listed below in questions to teams) with your team members. Be prepared to share your answers as a team in the class.  
Step 3b: Prepare for the individual assignment (listed below in questions to individuals) by yourself. Be prepared to share your answers as individual in the class.  
Step 4: Share your answers of group & individual assignment in class on Nov 2nd.

Why didnt the US model work in other countries? 
Why the special session focusing on womens issues didnt work in Sodexo? How did Sodexo change its initiative to address this issue? What do we learn from this example?

What strategies we can use to create diversity in other dimensions of demographic difference? (e.g., age, sexual orientation, race etc.)
