You will keep a faculty guided journal of your own observation and self-reflection of what you are learning, who you are becoming, and the leader competencies you aspire to develop in your journey.

Guided Journaling, Part Four: (1) Seeds: where in your current life do you experience the seeds and early beginnings of the future that you want to create? (2) Prototyping: Over the next three months, if you were to prototype a microcosm of the future in which you would discover by doing, what would it look like? (3) People: who can help you make your highest future possibilities a reality? Who might be your core helpers & partners? (4) Action: if you are committed to taking on the project of bringing your intention into reality, what practical first steps would you take over the next 1-2 months?
 
Guided journal should be 2-3 pages, double spaced, include reference citations with proper APA, and include a cover page.  Submit guided journal via dropbox. Since the journal is reflective in nature, the use of first person is acceptable, however, this should still be formal scholarly writing
